Major Updates:

  • Daily Run (Resets every 24h): Play once per day.

  • Upgrade Locking: Lock upgrades to keep them in the Upgrade Menu.

  • Upgrade History: New menu shows your last picked upgrades.

  • Overload Level System: After leveling up, you have a short time to keep collecting EXP and chain multiple level-ups. Extra levels grant temporary rerolls.

  • Mobile Support: Game is now playable on mobile. Some features (like upgrade locking) are disabled.

  • EXP Orbs: Scattered across the map. Collect them to gain EXP.

  • Max EXP increased: From 1,500,000 to 2,200,000.

  • Max Level increased: From 150 to 193 (depends on stats in-game).

  • Stats Menu: Shows which stats are already upgraded.

  • 4 New Attacks: Lightning Shot, Laser, Explosion Radius, Projectile Burst.

  • New Stats Added: Shield Ignore/Destroy, Attack Reset, EXP Magnet Chance, Meteor Pushback, Meteor Line, EXP Bonus on Collect, EXP Bonus over Time, Player Invincibility Time.

  • Bigger Numbers: Base damage and health values increased by 10.

  • 3 New PowerUps: Player Boost (Speed + Shield), Projectile Burst, 2x EXP.

  • Upgrade Menu/Button redesigned.

  • Options Menu redesigned.

  • Environment: Space dust, clouds, and random planets now appear in the background.

Added:

  • Input action for going back in menus (R on keyboard, B on controller).

  • PowerUps now display their name when entering the screen.

  • PowerUp direction indicator now shows the PowerUp image.

  • PowerUp indicator improved to show the actual PowerUp.

  • Score display toggle in Options Menu.

  • New title screen and “Press Any Button” start screen.

  • Damage warning effect when the player is hit.

  • Different-sized explosion zones.

Changes:

  • Pickup Range increased by 0.5. (Pickup Range and Attack Range no longer overlap.)

  • New 3D polygon mesh texture for meteors.

  • Renamed “Projectile Base” to “Projectile Main.”

  • Reduced Scatter Projectile stats (was too powerful).

  • Redesigned Enemy 1–2 (Scout). Easier to tell them apart.

Bugfixes:

  • Movement vector now normalized. (Took 1.5 years to notice.)

  • Player sound now stops when paused or in the upgrade menu.

  • Projectile bounce sound now plays.

  • Player invincibility no longer cancels when upgrading or pausing.

  • Meteor warning sign now correctly removed after meteor despawns.
