This is a little patch to fix a few issues from version 0.5.3.0

Added:

  • Meteor Damaged Sound.
  • Meteor Explosion Sound.
  • Exp Orb Damaged Sound.
  • Exp Orb Explosion Sound.
  • Warning (red flashing border and sound) if a Wave starts.
  • Warning (red flashing border and sound) if a Wave-Set starts.
  • Exp Orb is now Animated (get smaller when damaged, also the collider!)
  • Exp Orb now drops Exp over time when Destroyed (no longer auto-collected.
  • Exp Spawn Sound (only for Exp Orb).
  • If Meteors collides, the smaller Meteor get destroyed.
  • Added colored borders for each Upgrade (test).
  • PowerUp Timer will now be displayed via purple circle.
  • Added Sound when the player toggles the range visibility (Spacebar/A)
  • Readded the Score, Time, Level and Exp Earned in the Game Over Menu.
  • Added an info-text, how to toggle the Leaderboard.
  • Added an info-text, that Post Processing is deactivated.

 

Changes:

  • Less particles for the Exp Bonus Streak effect.
  • Exp Bonus Streak Number will now replace the old one instead of overlaying.
  • Exp Maximum Size reduced from 0.65 to 0.5.
  • The Exp Collider now increases in size with the model (Exp-Value)
  • Sorted the Layers. Enemies will now be above everything else!
  • Using SquareRooted Distance Function to find enemies (more performance)
  • Reactivated the zoom effect on game start.
  • Upgrades with only on level will no longer show the progress bar. (currently only the projectile activation upgrades)
  • Particle Effect on Pickup Range (Exp Collect Effect and Exp Bonus Streak Effect) will now also be disabled if the range is disabled.
  • Music will now stop while been in Pause Menu.
  • Music will now stop when the Player got killed.
  • Player Name in Main Menu will now also be in Consolas Font
  • The 'Change Player Name' Menu will now be on the right side

Bugfix:

  • Time and Level are now getting displayed in the Pause Menu.
  • Meteors will no longer spawn a PowerUp when getting destroyed by colliding with the player!
  • After the Player-Name is set, the game will select the Game-Button.

Known Issues:

  • Music may stop or overlap while playing

Note:

Post Processing is currently disabled due to performance issues.
